IN PERSON CLASSES
If you are local to the Bishops Stortford / Matching Green area, you can join Emma, in person, from one of her locations.
ON DEMAND CLASSES
Emma’s on demand library enables you to enjoy Pilates in your own time at your own speed in your own space.
LIVE CLASSES
If on demand is not for you and you want to feel part of a class either from your own home or by coming to a live class why not join Emma from one of her Pilates Factory locations in person or by Zoom.
