Pilates is considered a safe form of exercise, but you should always consult your doctor before starting a new exercise programme, and you should always avoid an exercise if it causes pain or discomfort. The Pilates Factory sessions in their entirety are not suitable for pre and post natal or for those with pre-existing or bone health related conditions.
